Johanson and Modelithics, a third party who specializes in RF and microwave simulation models, have worked together to develop scalable Microwave Global Models for our R15S and R15G capacitor series. Key features for both models include:
- Substrate, capacitance and pad scalability (R15G offers orientation selectability)
- Validated to 20 GHz
- Offer powerful scalability features
- Have advanced parameters for substrate inputs and pad dimensions
- Have the full capacitance range. R15S model from 0.1 to 220 pF. R15G from 0.3 pF to 100 pF.
- Compatible with tuning, optimization and statistical analysis tools that are available within the EDA simulation software
