New Silicon Labs Sub-GHz EFR32 Complete Front-End Passives from Johanson

In conjunction with SiLabs, Johanson Technology has developed two fully integrated, complete RF Front-End devices for the EFR32 family of chipsets that support sub-GHz bands. The first two components released will support 433MHz and 868MHz unlicensed bands. This SMT (surface mount) device is EIA 0805 (2.0x1.25mm) in size and incorporates all 18 L/C discrete parts into a small package, effectively reducing system variation and improving manufacturing robustness.
