Conflict Minerals Policy
Conflict Minerals Reporting
In response to the worldwide determination to limit funding of human rights violations and environmental degradation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Johanson Technology (JTI) ensures that our products do not contain the “conflict minerals” of tungsten, tantalum, tin, and gold supplied by the DRC and their neighboring countries. JTI has verified through due diligence in standards, systems, and procedures that our suppliers’ smelters and refiners produce Conflict Free Minerals. In addition to requiring that our suppliers comply with applicable laws, we expect that they source materials from environmentally and socially responsible suppliers and be DRC Conflict-Free.
Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct
Johanson Technology Inc. declares its full support for and will actively pursue conformance to the Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct for our employees, supply chain, and subcontractors, including providers of contract labor.
